87.25.7. Construction standards: An above-ground leaching field built with borrowed sand must be built with a low pressure feed system.
It must meet the construction standards in subparagraphs d, e, f, g, g.1 and g.2 of the first paragraph of section 21 and in subparagraphs a and b of the second paragraph of that section, those in section 24, those in subparagraphs a, b, c and f to h of the first paragraph of section 37 and those in section 39.1, as well as the following standards:(a) the bottom of the gravel or crushed stone layer must be at least 60 cm above bedrock, impermeable or low permeability soil and underground water;
(b) the maximum width of the sand-filter bed or section of it must be not more than 3.1 m;
